New installation of three solid-slat metal shutters, RAL 3005 finish, on the Club Café shopfront in Nantes: site measurements, made-to-measure manufacturing, shopfront fitting, adjustments and operating tests before opening.
For the opening of its new venue in Nantes, Club Café entrusted Shasama Fermetures with the new installation of three made-to-measure metal shutters securing the different openings of the premises.
Unlike a replacement or a repair, this is an entirely new installation, built into the fit-out of the outlet from the start.
The three metal shutters were supplied and fitted with a RAL 3005 powder-coated finish, chosen to match the deep red of Club Café’s visual identity and interior.
The work was carried out in the constrained environment of a shopping centre, with preparation of the various accesses, equipment set-up, shutter fitting, adjustments and operating tests before handover.
What was carried out on site
- Measure the three openings and the constraints of the shopfront
- Manufacture the solid-slat curtains to measure in a RAL 3005 finish
- Prepare the accesses and protect the work area inside the mall
- Fit the guide rails, boxes and curtains onto the shopfront
- Adjust the alignment and coiling of each of the three shutters
- Test the operation before handing the site over
