Galvanised solid-slat metal shutter replacement in Paris 7e

Shasama Fermetures worked on rue de Babylone, in Paris 7e, to replace a deformed, unserviceable metal shutter. Two end plates and a new motorised axle were fitted, then an interchangeable galvanised solid-slat curtain with its two-point-locking bottom slat, before the operation was checked.
How the job went:
- Remove the deformed, unserviceable metal shutter
- Fit the two end plates, the new motorised axle and the interchangeable galvanised solid-slat curtain
- Fit the bottom slat with its two-point lock and reinforcing angle, the disengageable key box and the push button
- Check the operation before returning it to service
Specification of the installed shutter:
- Dimensions: L 4750 DC × 3050 + E; two end plates, one motorised axle
- Interchangeable galvanised-steel solid-slat curtain, 8/10 mm gauge at 116 pitch
- Bottom slat, 15/10 mm gauge at 140 pitch, with a two-point lock and a reinforcing angle; disengageable key box and push button
