Simply call us on 01 87 66 40 33 to describe the fault. As soon as you call, a qualified technician heads to your site in Île-de-France, carrying common spare parts: our teams have 24 years of experience.
Our technicians release jammed or crooked doors, replace torsion springs, lifting cables, rollers and panels, repair motors, control cabinets and safety devices (photocells and safety edges), carry out mandatory maintenance visits and fit new manual or powered doors, from workshop doors to 6 m loading bay doors. They hold electrical authorisation to work on 230 V or three-phase 400 V motors and service Hörmann, Novoferm, Dynaco, La Toulousaine, Assa Abloy, Safir and BMP France doors, as well as AFCA, GFA, NICE and Somfy drives.
The process is always the same: make the door safe, diagnose the fault on site, obtain approval for a written quote before work, repair or install, and run full tests, followed by a written report and an update to the maintenance log. Travel is included and the diagnosis is free if the work is accepted. Parts and labour are guaranteed for 2 years.

What the regulations require of the operator
At a workplace, automatic or semi-automatic doors must be maintained and checked at least every six months and after any failure. Article 9 of the French Order of 21 December 1993 also requires each intervention to be recorded in a maintenance log.
Understand the rules, inspection intervals and maintenance log in our guide to automatic door inspection intervals.

Questions about industrial sectional doors in Île-de-France
Do you maintain industrial doors throughout Île-de-France?
Yes. We maintain, repair and provide emergency call-outs for industrial sectional doors across the eight departments of Île-de-France: Paris (75), Seine-et-Marne (77), Yvelines (78), Essonne (91), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), Val-de-Marne (94) and Val-d'Oise (95). Your town is not listed here? It receives the same coverage: give us your site address when you call and we will arrange a scheduled visit or an emergency call-out.
How should I prepare access for a wide industrial sectional door?
Tell us the width and height of the door, the loading bay concerned and any restrictions on access to the building. Include opening hours, lorry movements and the availability of a contact on site. Photos of the door and its identification plate help us prepare the equipment for the visit.
What should be checked before returning a second-hand industrial sectional door to service?
Have the panels, tracks, balance, fixings, motor and safety devices examined. An on-site diagnosis determines what work is needed before operating tests. Do not restart a door whose condition or history is uncertain.
Which photos should I send to replace a glazed industrial sectional door?
Send a full view of the door, its glazed panels and the manufacturer’s plate, then give the opening dimensions. The technical visit also measures the headroom, side clearance and available depth before configuring the replacement door.
Why does a sectional door reverse by itself?
A safety device usually reverses the movement: a blocked or misaligned photocell, a safety edge detecting contact, or unusual resistance detected by the motor, for example from a slack spring or bent track. An incorrectly set limit switch can have the same effect. Clean the photocells and clear the threshold; if the door still reverses, never bypass a safety device and call us.
How long does an industrial sectional door last?
Its lifespan depends mainly on operating cycles, maintenance and impacts. The manufacturer specifies a number of cycles for the springs: these, the cables or the rollers often wear out before the panels. A maintained door can be repaired part by part rather than replaced, and the maintenance log helps track that wear.
